Going Green Smoothie
3 cups kale
2 cups water
1 cup ice cubes
2 bananas, medium
2 apples, pears or mango chunks
1 inch sliced fresh ginger
3 tablespoons flaxseeds*
1 tablespoon green barley grass (optional)*
1 teaspoon psyllium husks seeds (optional)* 1 teaspoon spirulina (optional)*
1-3 tablespoons raw blue agave, sweeten to taste*
Wash all fruits and vegetables. Core apples or pears. Mix all ingredients in a very good blender until smooth. Serve in a glass.
*Can be found in organic or health food store.
